*IMPORTANT: Please, have in mind that to apply this Online Registration Form correctly, you may need to adjust your browser to transfer the Form to your default Mailer program.

If you use Internet Explorer, you should do it by following in the menu Tools/Internet Options/Programs and then indicate your default E-mail program you use currently. For to adjust default Mailer in Netscape, you should select Edit/Mail & Newsgroups in the menu and then follow the instructions in the Help.
