ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The abstracts of invited lectures and contributed papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts. The Book will be distributed to the participants at registration.

Please read the following Guideline for abstracts before starting the submission process.

The abstracts must be written in English, should be not more than one A4 page in length and comply with the following requirements:

• Title of the paper (centered capitals), Authors, Affiliations, Addresses (centered). For papers submitted by more than one author underline the name of the author who will present the paper and will be the addressee for all communications with the Organizing Committee.
• Text of Abstract confined within a 16-cm-wide by 24-cm-high area (obtained by leaving 2.5-cm margins on all sides of a standard A4 sheet of paper).
• Begin the text, leaving two blank lines after the last line of the Title/Author heading. The text must be typed single spaced with 1.5 spacing between paragraphs.

You are kindly requested to submit your abstract by e-mail  as attachment in MS Word format.

Abstract submission starts 1 February 2009.

Abstract submission deadline: 1 May 2009.

The VEIT International Advisory Committee will review the abstracts.

Author notification: 1 July 2009.
